They have several signature brews, including the Urban Lumberjack Imperial Stout, Paradise Bay IPA, Pinnacle Sunrise American Light Lager and First Resort Kolsch. They also feature seasonal brews throughout the year that reflect the changing flavors of the Adirondacks. Be sure to try one of their refreshing Lake George Lemonades in the summer.
Bolton Brewing also offers a rotating selection of specialty drinks, spirits, wines and mixers in their wood-beamed taproom to satisfy any gu’ tastebuds. In warmer weather, sit outside on the patio. If there’s a nip in the air, try to get next to one of their patio fireplaces.
And because no one should consume a lot of beer on an empty stomach, they offer a menu of beer-appropriate nibbles, including parmesan truffle fries, soft pretzels, jumbo wings, the Brewery Dog topped with chili & beer cheese and served in a Brioche Bun, chicken wrap sandwiches, and a Chicago beef sandwich.
Beer flights are available, as are Crowlers, 32 oz aluminum cans you can fill up with your favorite selections to go.
Visit Bolton Landing Brewing Company’s website for its current hours and offerings.
Find parking nearby at the Town of Bolton Public Parking Lot, which also has a charging station for EVs.
