Canoe Island Lodge is an all-inclusive family vacation destination on the shores of spectacular Lake George. It’s the perfect place for overscheduled families looking for a haven to relax and recover from the strain of everyday life.
It’s also a bit of a throwback to another era of vacationing. First, the rate includes breakfast and dinner, so you won’t have to leave the property for dinner.
All of the rooms have:
Air conditioning
Heat
TV
Small refrigerator
Hairdryer
WiFi is available throughout the property
All of the accommodations are roomy and comfortable, and while they may not have trendy decor, they more than makeup for it with their proximity to and outstanding views of Lake George, which is the most valuable design element one could ask for.
This brings us to the roster of activities guests have at their disposal. There are two tennis courts, volleyball and shuffleboard courts, ping pong, and a basketball half-court on the property.
The Waterfront Staff will skipper boat rides and teach guests to sail and waterski or shuttle them to Canoe Island to relax on the resort’s private beach. The island also has a sand volleyball court. Waterskiing and wakeboarding are provided by Canoe Waterskiing.
And don’t forget you are in the Adirondacks. Canoe Island Lodge is close to world-class mountain biking, hiking, rock climbing, and magnificent golfing.
Visit the Canoe Island Lodge website to learn more about all this resort has to offer.
