At Boathouse Waterfront Lodging, guests aren’t just “on the lake” they are literally over it.

Each room and suite is decorated uniquely with beautiful little touches that add to an overall upscale and sumptuous experience.

Guests can enjoy the lovely waterfront for swimming, sunbathing, and kayaking. They can also arrange with the innkeepers to tour Lake George on their custom-made mahogany 33′ Hacker Craft Sport motorboat, christened “Miss Boathouse.” She has twin 8.1 Crusader engines, seating capacity for 12-14 people, and can reach speeds of approximately 60 mph.

It doesn’t get more waterfront than this.
Miss Boathouse is ready for tours (weather permitting), so please check with the innkeepers for pricing and scheduling. This is just another example of the personal experiences the Boathouse Waterfront Lodging provides.
Located on Sagamore Road, the Boathouse is within easy walking distance of Bolton’s unique shops, boutiques, and restaurants.
This small town packs in several wonderful dining options; whether you’re looking for a scoop of ice cream, a bloody mary and a burger, or a gourmet meal, you'll find something to please everyone.
Staying in a historic boathouse does come with a few important protocols. First, the property is suitable for adult guests only. There are many family-oriented places to stay in the region that cater to the preferences of Lil’ ADKers.

Second, smoking of any kind is not allowed on covered porches or patio/dock areas, as required by New York State Law. Check with the Innkeepers for a designated smoking area.
Those seem like some easy-to-manage requests, especially given the unique experience that awaits you. Visit their website for availability and rates.
P.S. Don’t confuse the Inn with The Boathouse Restaurant outside Lake George Village. Totally different property.
