Dis-N-Dat bring their Caribbean fusion sound to Music on the Green on July 24.
The Village of Saranac Lake’s 2024 Music on the Green Summer concert series continues on Wednesday evening, July 24, with a performance by Dis-N-Dat Band.
The band features Sista Dee on lead vocals, steelpans, percussion and keyboards. Originally from Trinidad and Tobago, Sista Dee is known for her steelpan playing and vocal style. She has also won many steelpan competitions as an arranger and band director.
Currently, Sista Dee performs worldwide as a musician for Holland America cruise lines and is also the resident musician for Bahama Breeze in Massachusetts. She is an accomplished producer as well.
Sista Dee puts the FIRE in anything she does and puts on a performance that fans say is intense.
Music on the Green is an annual tradition for Saranac Lake, bringing the community together to enjoy a range of musical artists.
The village’s goal is to provide residents and visitors with live music that is accessible, both in location and price. That’s why admission to all Music on the Green concerts is free.
