ADK ArtRise in Saranac Lake

ADK ArtRise helps everyday people shake off the dust of their daily lives in fun educational art classes and workshops.
They offer lessons in many mediums – painting, sewing, drawing, fiber and textile crafts. They designed classes to suit the needs of budding to skilled artists of every age, skill level, capability and schedule.

Single sessions
Feature regular staff or guest instructors
May focus on art projects around a specific season or holidays like Halloween, Easter, Christmas or other events, like “date night”

Three to Eight Week Courses
Focus on one subject (e.g., painting, drawing, sewing)
Offerings may be geared toward specific groups (e.g., Kids Drawing, Adult Beginner Sewing, Me & My Grown-up, etc.)
Pricing is discounted vs. a la carte events or Drop-Ins (see below)
Pre-registration required
Drop-In (or Pop-In if you’re on “Seinfeld”)
Good for when you want to take a class in one of the course subjects but can’t make a multi-week commitment
If there is room in one of the courses on a given night, and the project can be finished in one session, the ArtRise staff will list that day’s class on their website as eligible for Drop-Ins

It’s an excellent option for corporate team-building events. They will also come to your house, a local hotel's event space, watering holes or conference centers.
