A Taste of Liberty is a new family-friendly program offered by this esteemed Adirondack institution. The event offers a tasting menu of authentic recipes enjoyed by the residents of the then-British garrison of Fort Ticonderoga in 1774.

Enjoy portions of tasty breakfasts and savory dinners, incorporating carefully selected heirloom grains, meats, and produce from Fort Ticonderoga’s King’s Garden. Delight in the sumptuous flavors of Mars American Heritage Chocolate desserts and discover evidence of cooking from the past and the process of recreating the period palette today.
The event takes place at the Mars Education Center Great Room at Fort Ticonderoga at 5 pm.
