Raquette River Brewing in the Adirondack High Peaks
Enjoy hand-crafted ales at this Tupper Lake establishment.
Raquette River Brewing in Tupper Lake specializes in small-batch, hand-crafted Adirondack ales. The brewery is a passion project for founders Mark Jessie and Joe Hockey, who started out brewing in a garage with a home brew kit. In 2013, they founded the brewery, and the rest is history.
Today, Raquette River Brewing occupies a large corner lot at Main Street and Balsam just North of downtown Tupper Lake. They’ve built a spacious beer hall with an expansive bar and plenty of seating. With a hand-carved, locally-crafted mantle, the beautiful stone fireplace creates a cozy environment in Fall and Winter. In warm weather, enjoy the fresh Adirondack air on their enormous patio.
Raquette River Brewing boasts 44 taps featuring their brews along with guest ciders. If beer, god forbid, is not your jam, they also offer wines and hand-crafted cocktails.
Hungry? They bring in an assortment of food trucks throughout the year. We’ve had wood-fired pizza, fresh Mexican fare, burgers, sandwiches, poutine, and more.
We appreciate that Raquette River Brewing is a family-friendly, dog-friendly establishment. We don’t like leaving our Furry or Lil’ ADKers at home.
