Kickass Writers Festival Returns to Saranac Lake
Adirondack Center for Writing Hosts writers, poets, comedians, and other kickass creatives.
The Kickass Writers Festival, featuring writers, poets, comedians, and other kickass creatives, celebrates how writing and storytelling — in all of their forms — are essential to art, entertainment and social change.
The festival is spread across multiple venues in Saranac Lake and features a diverse range of activities,
These range from literary readings, interactive workshops, engaging discussions, publishing sessions, special artistic performances, a book fair, and even a stand-up comedy show.
While many festival events are free and open to the public with First Draft registration, attendees can register at different levels, such as Paperback, Hardcover, and Rare Book, which provide access to a broader array of events, programs, and workshops.
