When we were last there, I had the best cheese and sausage omelet of my life.
Entrees range from classics like hot roast beef and turkey plates, sandwiches and burgers to broccoli quiche, lasagna, seafood, and fresh fish options.
Soups and salads round out the menu. All are made in-house.
Noon Mark is also known for its fantastic baked goods. They bake in-house some of the best pies, cinnamon rolls, cookies, and bread in the Adirondacks.
They are especially known for their incredible pies. It’s not unusual to see happy diners leaving with two or three pies to bring home.
According to their website, Noon Mark Diner is also the Adirondack Trailways bus terminal for the area. So, take the bus if you can’t get there by car. It’s worth it.
