Lake George Music Festival August 6-17, 2023
Experience exceptional classical music in a historic and picturesque setting at the Lake George Music Festival.
Founded in 2011, this two-week event showcases chamber music and orchestral concerts featuring established professionals and emerging artists. Curated by Artistic Directors Barbora Kolarova and Roger Kalia, the festival highlights new compositions and traditional masterworks.
Enjoy the newly renovated Carriage House of the Fort William Henry Hotel as you indulge in the twenty-first-century blossoming of classical and new music. Make the Lake George Music Festival your artist retreat and immerse yourself in the beauty of Lake George.
This year’s musicians represent numerous professional orchestras, including The Cleveland Orchestra, Philadelphia Orchestra, Atlanta Symphony, and the Czech Philharmonic. Students in the festival’s
fellowship program represent nearly every music school in the nation, including The Juilliard School, the
Yale School of Music and the Curtis Institute of Music. Musicians from as far away as New Zealand, China and the Czech Republic will be in attendance this season.
Full and 3-day Festival Passes are now on sale online. Single tickets will be sold at the door (no online orders for single tickets).
