33rd Annual Fulton Chain Rendezvous
Old Forge’s weekend-long boating event.
The Fulton Chain Rendezvous is a community event where families and visitors gather to view and enjoy nostalgic boats and have fun on the beautiful waters of the Fulton Chain of Lakes.
There will be Public viewing of boats and displays. This is an excellent opportunity to see vintage boats of all types at the Old Forge Docks.
On land, visitors will have a chance to interact with boat builders and restoration shops. Local businesses and non-profit groups will also showcase area events and adventures.
Boat exhibitors will vote for their favorite boats in several categories, including Historic, Antique, Classic, Contemporary, Outboard, Land Display and Exhibitor’s Choice.
A Most Original/Best Preserved award will recognize an outstanding craft kept as original as possible. There will also be a Chris-Craft Stewardship award, and the viewing public will vote for the People’s Choice Award.
The weekend-long celebration of all things boating includes a variety of events and activities, including:
Cruises on the Lake
Welcome reception at the Forge Motel
Public boat viewing at the Old Forge Docks
Food concessions
Boat parade up the First Lake Channel
Sunday Brunch Cruise on Rquette Lake
